its the door plastic sound. noisy for few days i open put back. then after 1-2 days no more sound 

i open put it back. become noisier for 1-2 days then after quiet like new LOL.. guess is something lose or so the plastic part. the car weakness mainly is petrol fc and plastic sound the rest i feel quite nice. nice to cruise with it too   

what do you means by stable? cornering and handling good eh?

but sometime turning corner or up hill, it suddenly become like stuck a bit becoz of changing gear..

gearbox no problem, try look at the gen2 video then u know how to play with it

Just remembered the site recently. Luckily got store link in my browser.

Car still performing well. Just changed out the Denso Power plugs at 80K (40k mileage), performance of plugs already started degrading from 75K (a bit harder to start recently). Spending over 1K for 80k major service...and performance renewed...yeah..

Yea Persona's steering is quite heavy compared to 1st gen Vios which is also HPS. I think Saga is about the same although maybe slightly lighter. Waja is also lighter.

That said, driving on highway with Persona feels steadier, the Vios steering becomes so light on the highway it feels like the wheels are not touching the ground....there is very little resistance. Conversely driving in town takes a bit more effort. Also doesn't help that Persona's turning radius is the size of Australia.

But I have no complains, because I had driven a non power steering car for many years, so any power steering is good enough for me.
My upper arm and shoulder easily gets tired when driving the Persona, I don't know why. It doesn't happen with other cars with either HPS or EPS. Maybe it's my seating position.

Really? The lights are quite dim even when fully on tho, can hardly notice them during daytime.
Yup, because the light source is a bulb near the "L" position, end up lighting very uneven, plan to DIY and change to a better bulb soon 

Ive just buy proton persona few months back. If you guys have any idea upon solving this problem, please do share

1. The rubber lining on rear door. The one that attached to the car body. The double sided tape already worn out/loss its stickiness and the rubber not attached anymore.

2. Sometimes (usually if i didnt drive my car for two days), if i open the a/c, there will be squeking noise (like bunyi tikus) from back of the glove compartment.

3. How do you guys minimize the wind noise/dashboard rattling noise?

another rattling sound is at he driver side lock there, driving at high speed is damn annoying

  question, when reverse car,apply brake got "wong wong"sound, is the dust in brake pad? the only solution is buy better brake pad?

If it is non elastic, it always a little bigger in size. Either you tie it, or stuck something inside.
