I'm currently earning gross RM4500/month with no other commitments or debt. Car finish paying and no cc outstanding. Just wonder can i buy a property with 100% loan from banks? its my first house.

Hi all, i have booked a unit under develop which schedule to complete next year. There are some good attractive rebate thrown by developer. I will need help on the loan process. Loan amount about 520k, my current salary after EPF and Socso, tax around RM4025. Chances of loan approval? Have a few credit cards and no other commitment.
