hi pros,
i have my 3rd party loan under my property now with lock in period 3 years and vp on tis year.
I would like to transfer my ownership from A+B => A only therefore have to take a new loan which under name A.
My question are
1)any suggestion to reduce the cost of retake new loan ? (cost like, loan legal and stamp duty fees, penalty 2% within lock in period)
2) am i eligible to apply for zero moving cost loan for my new loan ?
