If we sold our properties which has MRTA attached to it (and financed into the loan), when everything is settled, are we entitled to be refunded whatever amount the MRTA we paid or it’s burn?

Have anyone experienced calculation from mortgage that is way off from offer letter from the bank?
Interest 4.15% Loan 1,179,508 Tenure 35 years 7660 per month. 😓 Online calculations only 5,636 even with zero entry cost included |

Hello gents. MRTT is compulsory for loan or mostly optional? I have a life insurance have been paying for the past 5 years which payout should be more than enough to cover loan. Is it advisable to opt out of MRTT? Loan around 600k
