Hi guys,
Need help to calculate loan eligibility. Here's the scenario: Monthly salary rm7,200 + rm600 car allowance(fix) Current commitment : rm2,200 home loan, rm950 car loan If want to get another property, what is the max property value that can guarantee loan approval? |

Hi everyone, need advice. RHB is offering 4.45% for 500k home loan but when I told them I not planning to get MRTA, they say they have to increase d rate to 4.5%! Can like that one ar? Any other banks that doesn't force u to get MRTA?
