Dear sifus,
What is the fastest time for a home loan to be approved? What can be done to speed up the process? And, after the loan has been approved, can we get confirmation via email from the bank, etc to sign the SPA? In the case of an outstation applicant. |

Q: To get best rate and improve chances of approval:
Should I settle my car loan and terminate my asb before applying for a housing loan? Or.. Apply for loan and put the items above as condition for loan approval. Regards. |
