if i have A house spa and single loan in my name rm 43k loan and b house rm 230k joint loan and i plan to buy 3rd house how can i get 90% loan on 3rd house ? any suggestion

for buyer how to know if HOC its is approve or not ?

as per lowyer mention hoc result almost 1 month after singing SNP.. but loan approval only take 2 week.. i dont wan signing loan if HOC dint approve

my cimb loan 800k house rejected second time due to payment behavior (criss record) car loan public bank. already fully settlement car loan bevouse march is my final loan. but public bank still waiting 15feb to send the report to bnm

is there any bank offer high loan n accept high commitment similar like cimb?

my flat house 2015 ..cimb loan on bank 5 year already finish.. lawyer call and would like to proceed
deed of reassignment... caj me rm1k .. it that normal caj ?? and what i get
1.ori deed of receipt and reassignment
2.ori power of attorney
3.ori deed of assigment
4.ori murabahah facility agrement
5.original SNP
6.ori dead of mutual
7. leter offer
8. notification letter

no 2 until no 8 i already get on 2015 when i get my key house.. why this lowyer give me same doc ??

and i ask about geran.. they said this house still no geran.. need to ask developer and if geran already have.. i will be charge again...

this is my 1st house loan are settle ... so it is the normal process ?? i ask jmb still no geran.. so did i need to ask developer?

hai,

if i brought house and snp done, loan done, house still on development current progression 35% expected done on end of 2022..

my question is:-
1-can i cancel the purchase ?
2- can i change the other property price lower than before??
3- what is the consequences ???
