You will need to wait for announcement from MBB, it's not automatic.

I saw Mbb Press Release cut BR from 2.0% to 1.75%

Does it mean every Mbb customer now 1.75%?

or need they inform certain customer only got 1.75

Better check with your lawyer, I remember that my lawyer ask me to sign a document which acknowledge that I don't own any property in order to qualify for stamp duty waiver.
I thought HOC suppose waive stamp duty even for those not first home buyers? Or HOC 2020 has different conditions compare to HOC 2019 hmm.gif

My lawyer say i cant get stamp duty waiver since my i got name in my mother house (even though i just little portion, share with my other brother and sister).

Which is 10 years ago i still studying,
dunno inherit house from parent will affect next time when want buy 1st property.

Just want to confirm here is it true?

You can say so, although it's explained in the islamic concept.
Subject to your offer letter T&C, some banks allow, some don't.
Yes normally will be 0.5% - 1.5% higher
Normally on the dot if it's standing instruction.
*
Sorry, on the dot meaning?

My banker previously told me 1st of every month. but until today no deduct

For MBB flexi loan, there are a few things you need to clarify with them. From what I know,

1. Interest rate is higher than that of semi-flexi loan

2. Fully flexi comes with compulsory overdraft. There is a commitment fee of 0.5 or 1% on unused overdraft. Which means, if you use the overdraft, you need to pay x% interest. The remaining unused portion will be charged a commitment fee.

3. Monthly maintenance fee is RM5

Edit: there are banks which have fully flexi loan without overdraft facility, which means you don't have to pay commitment fee.
I think you equate cheque book with overdraft. Cheque book is available if you opt for fully flexi loan which comes with a current account for you to park your money to offset principle and pay installments.
*
Hi,

I am using mbb fully flexi loan (maxihome flexi)

Regarding
2. I seems didnt see any charges for overdraft things? It will show clearly or hidden charge without inform

3. Yes maintenance fee is RM5

2. Do you have overdraft facility?

I asked in Feb or March, all flexi will have OD facility. Cannot opt out. Maybe they changed their tnc recently or I kena goreng.
*
Actually what is overdraft facility?

They ask me to open "Premier 1 Account" which is current account,
Current account is it=OD facility?

if i got extra money just put in the current account to save interest.
and monthly deduct maintenance fee RM5,
that is what i from the transaction history.

When was your loan approved?

I think you had better check with your bank.

2021,

Beside interest charge and RM5, really didn't see other extra charge.
