If let say i want to use my company to do borrowing for shoplot property, what will be the requirements?

My company is going to be 1 year old and will audit the account on Mar'18. Can the bank accept if just have the 1 year audited account? And how the calculation looks like if let say i declare the yearly profit to be RM120,000?
