yes but usually ur agent will help u decide between 2 to 3 banks max that suit ur profile

and rmb to ask ur banker to cancel the loan immediately once u decided on the loan from another bank

few bankers scumbag just leave ur loan hanging so next round u wanna apply loan u will have a bad record caz didnt cancel

thanks for the answer, means i can apply and in the end choose 1 that i prefer. but i notice in my CCRIS, there is now record of multiple banks that i have applied. no issue with this right?

Hi all, I have a question and hope to get some advice.

I currently have an RM310K active loan with RHB which I am paying progressive interest. Bank already disburse total 220k now.

I called RHB and they mentioned I can do early commencement of installment but they will need to make a report to release the remaining 90k early to the developer.

with this then I can pay installment which can deduct principal and not only progressive interest.

Can I know if this is a good idea to early release the money to developer so I can start early installment?
