MOT coverage also up to 1M - any thing above 1M the difference have to paid by the buyer at 4%, however some developer do cover the additional MOT abv 1M

ooo suprisingly it's CIMB - normally they 90% ..... i know occasionally MBB slash if they get news of heavy discount.

asked before to banker, and he said yes - this is possible ...

if a bank is not the appointed panel for a particular project, there is no way this bank can apply loan right?

yes - only panel banks because these banks have the project listed (internal rating) in their system ...

however, not necessary the same branch ... e.g. Bank A - you can choose to take the Bank A branch located differently or if you know someone from other branch location ....

don't give up - i tried a few times in my case also, i sometimes also think how come some same bank but different branch have different level of interest rate and also approval requirement. some divided by region e.g. selangor vs kuala lumpur. but as long that bank is inside the panel, the developer don't really mind which branch as in my case experience. good luck!
