Hi all, Got my loan proposal from 1 bank only currently, Public Bank. HEF-i/HOME VR (Redraw)(Promo) Loan : RM450,000(90%) MRTT : RM7,165 Legal : RM9,140 ============== Total : 466,305 ============== - Tenure : 35 years - Effective rate : . SBR+0.85%=3.85% (SBR = 3.00%) - Instalment : . RM2,030 Notes/condition : 1) MRTT covering RM135K for 35 years Can sifus advise if this rate is OK? Pac Lease liked this post
