Approached a bank to enquire about home loan. Was told that now, they could only offer up to 80% home loan for KL property due to supply more than demand.
Hence, I am wondering if other banks have the same guideline / standard... |

If the bank officer has submitted the home loan application, is it too late to change the loan amount and tenure?

In order to reduce my monthly installment, I am planning to pay a sum to reduce my existing home loan.
However, I am not sure how much it will be reduced after paying the sum. Is there any calculator available for this scenario? |
