QUOTE(lcp0407 @ Feb 11 2020, 10:31 PM) Saw from ringgitplus Bank of China offers 3.8% interest in house loan, while the rest of the bank all above 4%. Do they really offer that low? Anyone have mortgage with them and is there anything to look out for? There is an * with that. It’s only low for 1st 2 years. Then will raise up to 4++ |
