QUOTE(lifebalance @ May 18 2017, 01:17 PM) You don't really need a PhD on the MRTA and MLTA comparison and it's already available widely in the forum and other sources. Search around rather than re-posting similar write ups Hi May I know you're applying for commercial or housing loan ? Because Commercial Margin is normally 85% only and you can't really get 90% no matter it's MRTA or MLTA. Where as if it's for housing loan then any reason why the bank reduce your margin ? No enough income or over commitment ? My 2nd housing loan. My nett income around 3.6K a month Wife : 3.5K Commitment : Me: car: 388, 1st house : 367. Wife : RM 100 PTPTN. Outstanding balance credit card around 5K.

Seems like no issue for you to apply for the housing loan.
Have you tried other banks ?
Me : 26 , wife 27.
PBB offered 4.15% for the first year, 2nd year till the end , 4.27%
already submit to MBB, AMBANK & AFFIN. waiting for good news now.

Hi, I have a new apartment waiting to VP this month. SPA price of 100K, got rebate from government 30k. My current HL is 70400, 5.5% from PBB.
I'm thinking to refinance to settle my car loan. Is it possible to get 90% from 100k?

Hi,asking for my wife,
Had a refinance facility with ambank. but only allow 10 years. Currently paying 1350 per month. Is it possible to refinance the same property to get the 30-35 years period?
MV around 140k, able to cash out 125K last time.
