Anyone can advise, if after bank approved loan and signed loan agreement, after that can the bank says not to give me loan?

Because I plan to get house loan before resign from my work. Buying a subsale unit.

Can anyone advise if loan outstanding 300k semi flexi account and I put in 300k, monthly I still need to pay?

The monthly repayment is 1250.

Loan 315k
Mrta 15k
Total 330k
Interest 2.9%
Tenure 35yrs

Anything more I should check or clarify with banker?

Anyone know that if the mortgage loan with mrta, after that do top up loan will it affect the mrta? Or just the top up amount either no mrta or with mrta for the top up amount?

Who have experienced signing bank loan documents in Malaysia high commission in Singapore ?

My banker till I wanna sign those documents already still don't know how to advice me.. those documents are with me but banker don't know which one need high commission witness...…....

Any experience after signing acceptance letter from bank and signed loan legal documents all settle but loan haven't disbursed yet because buying subsales leasehold serviced apartments.

Can I go get personal loan?

SGD 3k income wanna loan RM100k 5years repayments

Any sifu expert here?

What is the process for subsales purchase as in below scenarios
1. I am buyer and my loan approved now lawyer asking bank to pay to vendor bank balance and what are the next steps after this?

2. so after bank pay to vendor's bank balance, I will need to serve progressive interest instead of monthly installment?

3. usually when will the last payment are paid to vendor so I can get the keys and start to pay monthly installment?

my lawyer told me they have ask bank to do first release to clear vendor bank balance on 15th Feb 2021 and expect bank to process in 2weeks time after bank checks on the documents.

Any Sifu expert over here know about below query

- First home purchase by right entitled for exemption on stamp duty in term of all stamp duty like spa, mot but however due to first purchase the land not under residential title but is commercial(serviced apartment), will next purchase on residential title property will entitled for the stamp duty waiver?
