QUOTE(ims2628 @ Jul 13 2015, 11:42 PM) Goes for flexi loan, then the extra you pay for you principle account can reduce the interest you owe bank, in long run you can save up quite a lot interest and able do early settlement also hi u mean semi-flexi or full flexi? I am going for semi flexi..just want to ask in terms of loan period..shorter or longer better? example 25 years loan vs 35 years loan? which wan i can save more interest. This post has been edited by MAC-tronome: Jul 14 2015, 09:09 PM |

QUOTE(ims2628 @ Aug 2 2015, 09:51 PM) Whole picture is Islamic loan there's 20% discount in stamping fees however lawyer professional fees charge will be slightly higher because they need to prepare more documentation. Some bank package for Islamic is slightly diff like there's no flexi package, some is without lock in. So need to compare base on your prefer bank. hi,if 1st time homebuyer entitled 50% discount on stamp duty am i right? so 50% + 20%? in terms of discount in stamping fee vs lawyer fee? which wan is better savings? i got quote semi flexi islamic loan without lock in period... |
