I have 2 existing home loans, both joint name one with spouse one with dad.
I wanted to get another landed property. In order to entitle for 90%, I plan to refinance the joint loan with spouse to only her name. May I know do I need to also remove my name from the snp or only loan agreement will do?
Thanks in advance

You need to remove from the loan agreement
Smaller deposit with higher loan then place the money in the loan account

So there is no need to remove my name from snp right? Only loan agreement will do?

“The 70% margin of financing limit applicable for the third housing loan onwards for property valued at RM600,000 and above will be lifted during the period of the HOC campaign, subject to internal risk management practices of financial institutions.”

From what I understand this does not applicable to certain bank, for e.g. PBB, the bank officer told me that PBB still maintain their policy that 3rd housing loan to be 70%

Does anyone know which bank is applicable?
