Hi,
Similar to dengko, I am interested to find out the options in securing my next property.

At this moment, I am holding 2 properties in Malaysia which I bought before my departure. It has been a year now from the date of departure and I am interested not only to get another property but also to refinance my current property which I bought 3 years ago.

Appreciate your advices

Hi,
Need some help with my home loan application.

I am currently working in oversea. I intend to purchase a new house in KL. I have been in oversea for 3+years. I have 2 houses now under my name where I have just recently sold 1. I have to clear my name on the 2nd house in order for me to be eligible for the 90% loan

Question here would be:

1) What are documents needed for me to apply the loan?
2) Which Bank currently offering the best and lowest interest?

Looking forward for some guidance

Thanks in advance

Hello

1. Which country are you working in right now?

2. You don't have to clear the name in the CCRIS as long as you can prove to the bank that you are applying from that you have sold the house by providing the stamped SPA between you and the new owner, along with a copy of the old letter offer for the new bank to tally the loan attached to the sold-off property and cross it off from your CCRIS

3. Is the property that you are buying subsale or underconstruction?

Thanks all for the guidance and information. Since all of you sent me the same question, please see below my reply:

1) I am working in Germany

- Does this applies generally to all banks in Malaysia?

Thank you again.

Generally you'll still have to wait for the settlement of the previous bank loan, but they can still approve ur loan on the condition that you provide the documents that the old loan is settled off.
This is the actual issue I am bringing up here. I must repeat again:

1) By using the signed SNP where the house that I sold has not even paid by the buyer's financial institution, can I submit my loan application with the booking form and obtain 90% loan margin?
