May I know for purchase of 2nd house, epf withdrawal is not allowed right? Just to reaffirm

QUOTE(Cyclopes @ Jun 6 2020, 08:59 AM)
Still not allowed unless you have already sold your 1st house.
*
If you didn't make any withdrawal from EPF previously for the first house, your 2nd house can be treated as the first house when comes to EPF withdrawal... Thats what EPF staff replied me previously...

Seems like B is the most tempting choice. Since im looking for loan also, can you PM me the bank?

Haven't seen banks offering fixed rate unless you opt for AIA or MBSB. Correct me if I'm wrong.
About 700k i guess? Do you have any supporting document/bonuses to boost your income?
Hmm, let me guess. HLB or RHB?

On the fixed rate loan, can it be really that low, 3.27%?? I personally think if fixed rate 3.75% is also a very good deal aldy since mortgage usually 30-35yrs commitment.. Kindly share with me if true, thanks.

ya ya, seems too good to be true tbh. i think there must be a misunderstanding somewhere, never saw a deal this good

Possibly true, could be fixed term loan instead of fixed rate term loan... Else, i bet sure they will gain a lot market share on mortgage soon..

only 2 possibilities, AIA Loan or Government Loan.

If it's coming from a bank, I highly doubt it
*
Yeah, if is bank, i also wanted to apply liaoo.. AIA loan fixed rate remained at 4.5%?

Yeah, need to re-adjust to keep up with the low interest rate in the market lol
*
Will AIA be lowering the rate to lower than 4.5%? I hope they will be doing it soon...

But, lending from bank vs lending from insurer, any differences? Criss also?
