Guys interested with a Condo

Around 450k, willing to pay around 100k to 150k dp

The problem

1 - I want it to be under my mom name
2 - she is 61 yrs old this year
3 - she own a prop landed house worth around 600k

What kind of financing she can get ?

Else can I get the loan under my name, while the prop still under her name. my problem is that I am foreigner now, Singaporean

Please advise ...

If 3rd party loan in Malaysia not possible for me, can my mom still get any further loan ?

Such as liquidity on her existing landed house, or refinancing etc ?

So loan around 150k , her salary is around 2.4k at Tis age of 61 yrs old

Possible ?

Coz I m foreigner , not eligible , best to get the prop under her name ....

Ok just clarified with my mom her 2.4k is net after deduct EPF .....

Anyway to increase the loan ?

Even she aldy own a landed prop and fully settle ? No other choice to help on this ? I really reluctant to touch her EPF

Only way is to increase the pay.

Even if it's fully settled, her age and pay is a concern to the bank, bank cannot charge the fully paid property as a consideration.

You'll have to buy a cheaper property based on the available budget
