QUOTE(Refuzed @ May 28 2020, 04:48 PM) Say I have RM30k in hand; is it advisable to dump all of those into my semi flexi home loan account of RM500k just to reduce the principal? Or I should dump that amount elsewhere i.e. stocks, FD, gold, bitcoin etc. If the investment gives you more than the loan interest then don’t put into the loan account of course

QUOTE(realitec @ May 26 2020, 06:54 PM) Hi, where to check if my house is strata or individual? If your house sits on land, it's individual title. If your unit is part of high rise with common area, it's strata. Your SPA is your reference for information.

Whether put in other options depends on your needs. Some of these investments may not be easily liquidated when you need the cash, so ensure you have sufficient amount for emergency use. Where you will get higher returns is no guarantee either.

I have 2 existing home loans, both joint name one with spouse one with dad. I wanted to get another landed property. In order to entitle for 90%, I plan to refinance the joint loan with spouse to only her name. May I know do I need to also remove my name from the snp or only loan agreement will do? Thanks in advance

Hi all, I have home loan with MBB & opt out from moratorium to continue payment. Suppose MBB autodeduct my payment 2x end of Apr (for Apr & May payment) but they only deduct 1x (for Apr maybe). And today I check transaction history they already charged interest before deducting my payment for May. Am I being double interest charged?

Anyone successfully appeal for lower interest rate from Hong Leong and Cimb? What are the steps to be taken and reason provided to banks if you may share?

QUOTE(lifebalance @ May 27 2020, 01:19 AM) Answered you in another thread Different banks will take different % Hi Bro, need to ask something. If mortgage loan application remarks in CCRIS go from "pending" to disappear completedly, does that mean it was rejected?

It means the loan application has been cancelled by the applicant and the bank has already updated in their system on the removal to BNM.
