Helo all,
any housing loan experts here can help me, is Airbnb rental income be considered rental income when applying for loan from banks?
As in is it considered as good as those stamped tenancy agreements?
Regards,

1. Yes it can, as a normal rental income, however make sure you did this few steps:
-Tenancy agreement stamped
- make sure every month the income you credited into your bank account consistently! with the same exact amount written in tenancy agreement
Cheers

Hi Sifus,
Instead of enquiring with every Bank around, Ive decided to ask here instead in hopes of some guidance or info.
Do Banks generally accept and/or give joint loans to non-married couples?
Or is it something that differs from Bank to Bank and it's difficult to give a yes/no answer?
This is of course assuming that everything else checks out.
Thank you~
