Hi,

Can anyone tell me how do u measure body fat %

Currently im 75kg@21% body fat, how many kg of fat do i hv to lose if my target is 75kg@15%bf? assuming i keep/don't gain any my muscle mass (although its impossible).

In ur guys opinion, is it possible in a year with a good diet plan and workout commitment?

Tq

It's impossible mathematically to still have 75kg@15%bf if you don't gain any muscle mass. Like Armesh said, it's Basic linear equation.
