I am undecided between Sony a7 or Fuji x100 or Fuji XE2 existing owners please let me know your experience. At the moment not enough budget for lens so will probably only get a lens with the body. Are the photos of the Fuji apsc sensor on par with the Sony full frame? I heard a lot about x trans. I'm only interested in landscape and portrait and bokeh.

Two is One and One is None.

if you already know your needs. you would know which camera is most suitable.
anyway, my choice will be xe-2 with the excellent 18-55 kit lens.

If you want budget and to be able to get good enough photos, i think Fuji is good enough.
A7 + lens seems tempting, but seriously, Sony lens is expensive, unless you plan to go deep into it or play legacy lens, but legacy lens is another trap
Fuji is quite budget.

Sony A6000, Fuji series cameras. They're all good.
You can get A7 but the lenses will cost you quite a fair bit.
