The maintenance fee is calculated by land size........which I hate most caused I just bought a corner lot T_T

Moved in last month (island unit), everything above my expectation except the annoying noise from the main road behind my unit and, super many mosquito!!!

I have seven insect zappers but still unable to reduce the number of mosquito inside my house....

Mozzies mostly attack at dawn and in the evening, not all day around. But during day time especially in the afternoon, can see them flying inside my house and hide in the dark places, waiting for the flesh feast.....

My unit is beside the internal road, there are a lot of fast driving cars during commute hours.
Really a bad planning to let non-residents car pass through the taman .....the developer should put the road at the outskirt of the taman.

Invest on soundproofing windows is impossible for western heritage unit and I prefer natural air ventilate. What a waste to live so far away from the city but still can't enjoy the natural breeze.

The internal road has two speed bumps but cars still running at 70-80 km/h during commuting hours, I think more speed bumps are needed to keep the driving speed at a reasonable 40-50 km/h for residential area.
