i'm eyeing in summer glades since long long time ago, haven't really spend time for symphony hills, seg and garden residences yet, just finish prepare all my document and $$ suppose to be want to buy commercial shop lot after after deep consideration if i buy one commercial shoplot all my quota is finish because of it + my current house loan, so i was thinking why not i just buy few more residential prop, own stay + extra quota buy 1-2 extra for investment purpose maybe the outcome is better than invest in shoplot.

I heard that setia eco glades is besides chinese primary school is it true? i'm quite confusing =.='

would really like to know, actually what are the pros and cons living near to lake ah? really curious to know... as what i can think of are :-

cons:-
2) will cause massive humidity and feeling very warm?
