I feel the same as former. The Island has no exclusive feel now. The layout and specs also does not suit the premium for Island unit. They already have condos in the masterplan which is on mainland. Understand their reason for this but still disappointed with SPS.

Individually it's nice but when combine all in one development, look a bit like theme park.

The Gate facing the lake is so nice. IMHO, only the island units are worth buying in SEG.
