Check if anyone have plan / idea to seal up the centre courtyard for lui li - you mei.
- to cover up but still let sunlight comes in. Just to keep out the rain.
I have check some awning contractor do not take this job because they are concern later rain leakage and being complaint.
Mind share some idea? Budget ways if possible la. Haha.

Do refer to the pictures for the lui li courtyard (roof) picture.
I have highlight 1,2,3,4 for easy reference of direction.

Size estimate 15 x 12 feet.

1. Anyone wants to cover up with glass? Or other materials that can let in sunlight. I haven't got quotation yet.

2. A way to install air ventilation by suction ( after cover up. )

3. We pm each other, maybe can bulk purchase from a few owners. Possible can negotiate price.

Cover the top (roof) is to keep out the rain and dust.
But i plan to use maybe glass to let sunlight shine in. Or maybe someone can advice any other ways. Haha. Thanks thanks.

One with water and the other without water yet. Is it 2 different directions? 1 to garden 1 and the other 1 to garden 2? Which only (lui li) same row with clubhouse have water streams at the backyard right ? Thanks.

Pangaea Paragon VP letter also stated the same thing. I just got it recently. (After 14 days automatically VP). The SnP even more tricky. 36 months is based on snp date OR (building approval date), whichever is later. And happen that the building approval date is after 3 months from my snp date. Walau.... any master sifu here can advice. ?

So far I ask around is:
Polycarbonate 3mm tickness - Ard 5 k.
Glass - close to 10 k.

But I'm still checking around for alternative way. Anyway, i believe half of the courtyard roof with see thru material for sunlight is bright enuf lar..
I heard nowadays zink roof got another type that is attach with PU form to isolate heat and noise ( PU deck ). And heard it's cheaper than polycarbonate too. Anyone can advice..... Thanks.

Actually the bali style (gate) design is not really for temple only. Their landed homes in bali mostly have this traditionally look *gate* at their doorstep. I do not know their culture practices , but I have seen a lot of this (gate) design during bali trip.
