15 mall in cyber but mostly very small malls.. If u coming frm melaka will be shocked at how small their 'mall' is!

Only mall in ciber doing OK is dpulze n even tht the non fnb tenants nt doing well..

But cyber will always have the most malls as quantity is btr than quality for them tongue.gif

i never mention regional mall in my equation.. im toking abt normal mall with healthy mix of fnb n fashion.. of cosu can do ioi city but then tht means putrajaya the most liveable place in malaysia la rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Shaftsbury got zhia's more expensive sister resto.. dun quite like it thr.. btw, shaftsbury after 2-3 floors, quite empty ahh drool.gif drool.gif

this SEG liuli register NEGATIVE returns from 2012 to 2016 where most properties register 40-50% appreciation. One should worry why d subsale only appreciate 100k n what the future would lie.

wow long term make money. many ppl know cyber is nt far from KL la, semenyih, setia alam all much further than cyber la. cyber not ghost town, got MANY MNCs so why need to go KL btw? if ppls friends like SEG a lot liu liu subsale will be very hot n not drop price like this. anyway update us when u get ur 800k unit thats 400+k below the total cost for a buyer direct frm dev.
