I thought it is setia safiro? 20x70 and bu 1700 only

20x70, there's 2 type - 17xxsqft and 19xxsqft. Total 152 units.

Nett price around 800k.

Supposed to be site for condo. I think they know too many condo in cyber, change it to landed and maximize the number of units in small parcel, but I still think worth for those looking for own stay. Below 800k probably for bumi discount.

End lot should be below 900k, corner below 1mil. End lot wf 5ft land, corner 10 ft.

Given that, I'll pick IOK if can get at 600+k. Landscape.space and facilities r better, location with least noise pollution and its on the island facing the bund.

Personally I think JOG has the best location. Away from main road and beside cyberjaya Park. IOB is also not bad. I prefer less car passing by near the house so less noise and dust.

As for lepironia, not the best location but it's the only exclusive one with all semi ds.

Quite sure that won't happen. Heard that after reef of tropics they will stop here and focus on setia safiro. So don't expect any new launch here for quite some time until they clear IOK and IOB and I suspect it will take at least a year or more.

It's southern part of cyberjaya opposite Laman View, adjacent to mulia residence by emkay. Not sure if high end, but 1st phase should be DSL too. Most developer will try to launch landed first if its in their plan, condo put on hold until later stage when the market digest all the high rise supply.

Exactly! I really thought the 20x70 is for setia safiro. Anyway it will sell well la due to low entry price..guess developer also need to generate sales and in this bad time they can't just continue to launch million ringgit prop and expect to sell like hot cake.

Not really... JOG was a good buy... Size, location and all is better.
But in current market and hoc campaign, this is the right product that is easy to sell.

Left about 30 units now... Achieved 80%, I think by end of day left about 20 units. Let's see how many drop out later since snp need to sign within 14 days.
