If you'd start by toning down your racist rant, and show people some respect, we would certainly have a better ground for discussion. You're not going to achieve that by name calling and trying to assert that an entire race is inferior (I'm being kind -you used much harder words) due to their genes. That's false, wrong and extremely offensive. As I mentioned previously, I doubt you'd tolerate someone saying such things about you. So don't be an hypocrite.

Whether I'm an owner, tenant, or agent is beyond the point. This is not about me. It's about respecting people for who they are, not judge them for what they look like, especially not something they had no say about it, like their skin color.

Everyone in this country is entitled to buy or rent a property regardless of their ethnic origin (yes, including foreigners). In short, get used to it.

I'm not in the telco business and did not live in guarded expat areas when I was there. I grew up and went to school among the local people. I was the only non black in my class, and do you know what's the most remarkable thing about that? Absolutely nothing. I was just a school kid going on with my day. Nobody treated me differently, and I never considered myself different either. People are just people. It always baffles me that Malaysians can portrait such racist views while already being immersed in a multi racial society. You should know better.

I have African friends... They are genuine in their business... work and studies... and they are saddened by the act of their fellows in this country.

However I think it is also attributed to the lax of our beloved government where they easily grant Student visa for non-genuine Africans where they use it for their own activities in Malaysia.

We should urge our Gov to process the student visa more diligently. Not only African but to all countries. It is well known that China Dolls also came to Malaysia under Student Visa.
