there is no good units at ROT, period....bcos from the way you guys described ROT, its a Pr1ma on landed.

when comparing something its always good to start the base of comparison on the same foot...….granded not all landed at same sizes bcos developers don't want you to compare...….apple to apple.

there is no denying that SEG link landed prices have dropped, if not increasing over the years......but you guys still want to protect this til the end.....

if a property price is not improving over the year, in real time its deprecating.....

All properties are investment in nature. Dont tell me you will sell yr seg at purchase price when u decided to move on...?

I knOw few owners stuck at seg bcos they cant sell....

You guys have to admit that seg is losing its shine by days...
But dun worry.....all are for ownstay.....no problem.

Why need to tag seg with "most places"???

Meaning seg is just like any other places in semenyih or puncak alam????. Doesnt matter if it has the nicest streetscape and landscape?????

I sold two properties in the last 2 yrs with 15% gain min over purchase price.......nothing to proud of but at lesst not making losses.

Can seg achieved this???? If not pls dun tag seg as 'most other places"......

I expect someone will say.....who cares abt 15%...bcos we bought for ownstay....bla bla bla.....

If you bought for ownstay...then why even bother to reply me????? Bcos whatever i posted here wont affect you bcos the losses you incurred by buying seg it just paper loss.

I try not to be your high school teacher here...

all investibles come with risk, even yr Fixed deposit.

property is not my only investible instructment, but I kena burnt before in stock, but also stock did give me a helping hand in life,,,,,many many moons ago.

but due to circumstances, I dun see stock investment suits my strategies. you are welcome to invest in stock.

if you bought for ownstay, will you be selling yr property x yrs later at purchase price????

if your answer is hell no. I will sell at market price.....then wouldn't it be considered as investment??????? buy at one price, sell at one price????

I dun and cant force anyone to subscribe to my approach. At least I provide an alternate view. Its up to smart ppl to compare and constrast the differences.

ultimately, its your life, your money.

if you bother to read the entire thread compared to just cocooned in seg, you will find out that it was BSC buyers that compared BSC to Cyber...….

a young township compared to 20+ yrs old township...….tis is how far cyber as travelled, and the worst part, they choosed BSC...….

I want to defend cyber also cannot, bcos just like cyber lovers here, BSC lovers also berry strong......
