when comparing something its always good to start the base of comparison on the same foot...….granded not all landed at same sizes bcos developers don't want you to compare...….apple to apple.
there is no denying that SEG link landed prices have dropped, if not increasing over the years......but you guys still want to protect this til the end.....
if a property price is not improving over the year, in real time its deprecating.....
