My unit quite bad , many water mark , all across the master bed room.yet to do the defect complaint yet . I am not worried abt the defect and warranty , however , it will delay the renovation progress ...
The back yard water features all not done yet ... Macam half way only ... Definitely not fit for occupation yet ... |

Hi All ,i have submitted the defect complaint last 2 weeks , today went again , all done up nicely ...
Hopefully the leaking problem it solve , will check again after 1/2 weeks time to see any water mark . SP Setia after sales service can consider one of the best one , my units in Setia alam , after 2 years also they attend the defects promptly . Developer also called and informed BIPV refund cheque is ready for collection too |

Yes , so far only experienced SPS , haven got the chance to experienced from other developers . but I believe they are one of the best in term of after sales service... Going to collect key from Ecohill too, love the landscaping and infra there.
