is this good for SEG? very high discounts...when I bought , I was the first buyer of 2nd phase Leporinia.. not much discounts...price 2.1M...

thats a good thing to hear..I bought mine Semi at 2.1M recently, sales was really bad at that time....I just hope they will not lower the price too drastically

there are mixed reaction on this Isle of Kamares, some say it made SEG feel cheap, some say actually it is expensive coz its smaller and non landed. So were the earlier landed actually more worth it or this Isle of Kamares

I would prefer landed as well..but last i heard the last launches of landed sales was bad...my leporinia 2nd phase I'm not sure how is the uptake now but i was surprised i was the first buyer to transact that morning
