One alternative is to use folding door but personally don't think it's nice for master bedroom.

SPS Project Manager said as long it's within 1mm gap as per Conquas old standard they wont entertain it because he thinks sharp edge, big gap and unevenness or poor workmanship are personal perception only.
Note - Conquas 2014 specified that the tile gap is 0.5mm instead.

I am not a smart person in all this building standards however common sense tell me that walking inside your living room and leg stepping on uneven tiles / big gap / sharp edge really change my perception on SP Setia commitment to high quality workmanship.

Sorry bro I m not in building line.
Some is horizontal gap, some is vertical (lippage).
I relook into old conquas - it even mentioned that NO VISIBLE lippage in tiling works!

Knew some buyers of SEG. Some very happy with the china main con and some are not. Depends. Having said that, anyone heard of no complain n no kpkb on the developer delivery nowadays? Very very rare.

I suggest u should drive there & see for urself. My expectation is not too high as i'm fine with my Lepironia unit but not Liu Li. I'm criticising the uneven surface of the external wall, so its definitely nth to do with 'taste'.

External wall is particularly important to me for the overall development's image since internally we can always touch up during renovation. Hence, the external wall should be well taken care by developer.

U will not notice it at 1st glance especially while u r driving & under the sunlight due to reflection. Just go down & have a look at the highlighted area & touch it with ur hand..u will know wat i' talking about. After that, i bet u will be able to see the uneven surface throughout the entire external wall. If u wan to compare further..go n look at the Lepironia external wall..its way better.

p/s: the uneven surface that i'm talking about its nth to do with the 'blue texture' thingy..i know the blue one is they did it in purpose..i'm talking about the entire white surface

if developer did good job on the foundation, then risk is minimal, but if no then

There is still a risk involved lo as it would take maybe a few years later after VP before we know whether they had done a good job or not on the foundation, by then it will be too late for the buyers if they didnt do a good job.

For the buyers, it depends on whether they are risk takers or risk averse and how much they like SEG.

Allow me to clarify one more time. The uneven surface has nth to do with the TEXTURE.

Based on the attached picture:

- Highlighted as (1) Peddle dash spray paint = Is design purpose, nothing to do with the uneven surface that we are talking about

- Highlighted as (2) Uneven surface = Due to poor "SKIM COATING". Hence, it must be something to do with workmanship, NOTHING ELSE!!!
