This was the earliest sketch which included the plan to beautify the lake gardens besides SEG. It was million ringgit beautification plan was cancelled after multiple meetings with them.

Different contractors for Liu LI and Lepironia?

Saw it in some of the units at Liu Li. Not nice at all. Timber flooring can be done easily. Better do it yourself and pick the nice quality and colors that u like. Just put on top of your existing tiles. It is just one day job.

Saw the lighting at night from the new sales office..high ceight and very glamourous. Lol.

Summer glades' rental now is around rm3500 too for intermediate partial furnished unit.

Liu Li Gardens have no such issues. Could be due to different contractors. So far my defect works were good. All tiles and painting etc done within short periods. Just be patient, SP's will help one. Perhaps Soros boss talked to wrong person. Get a competent mgr there to talk, result can be totally different. Bring the customer care mgr there together...talk to more ppls there and build repo , it will help to resolve things 10 times faster. Not just now, you will realise it for next 12mths whenever u face problems. Sometimes, one bad apple may not represent the whole company.

Bean boss, u never even seen the product and u questioned the owner may not be so fair. Lol. It is above average at least for my unit. Many of my friends have visited my unit and all gave thumbs up. Some also commented that it is better than previous SPS project in Setia Alam n Setia Ecopark which was done by Tan Sri Liew's era.

It is norm to have units done by certain workers or contractors to be sub-standard. Very common to any new VP properties. They changed many of my chip tiles within few days. Developer surely ll help as subcontractor is the one to fix it and not developer. Owner just need to talk right person. Talk to forumers will not help . Soros boss could few of the victims by talking to the wrong site managers. Keep cool.

All bosses, no perfect workmanship. Solve the ridiculous defects and those minors one I would move on. Be it ownstay or for rent...time has value. You can drag it for another few months but bank will still ask for installment. If just few parts and take u few months to get rectify before you can do anything or move in, the opportunity cost itself may cost u much more. Maybe it is just me, Numb on the quality issues nowadays after all the experiences on dealing it or saw others to fight till end up still net losers. To challenge it into few mm or so details ll never end your defect rectification exercise. So 80:20 rules apply to me. 80pc OK I ll move on and start to execute my own reno plan so that I can control the schedule and target readiness rather than be a grumpy owner and frustrate myself for next 6mths. Again...my 2cents. It is individual choice.

Defects sure need to submit and rectify! No questions on it. As I said, those terrible defects must rectify. I spent dunno how many hours to get the defect list done. But in my mind, I know in the list, which one must be rectified and which OK to let go if it still not meeting my requirements or may take too long to do it. I will balance out the NET cost I may incurr and make a decision from there. Of course, still I will try my very best to get it sort out by developer, again opportunity cost must be part of the picture. So far, SPS is very responsive on the defect works. If owner no need to move in or rent out also dont mind to pay monthly installment buta buta for next 6mths then no issue here lol. All the best!

No promised was made last time. Perhaps sales' fault. The lakes will be maintained by all islands under one JMB. Everything come with cost. Lepironia has nice garden with waterway too. Lol no need to go to island. This part of waterway is the narrowest. It goes wider along the way to other islands. However, that part of lake or waterway is not open yet.

I can confirmed that the renovation was approved by management. Even his neighbor also has approved the unit's renovation plan. It is not extension though it looks like it. Lol. The owner did the concrete slab as roofing for garden instead of glass or polycarbpnate roofing. The slab roofing needs concrete column to support. What is why its look like extension. Mamagement has been dragging his renovation plan for long including ensuring the side neighbour concurrence. The owner full renovation plan which signed by architect was properly drafted and submitted to managememt. Hope it clarified (though it is not my unit lol). I am just kpc..

The transponders supposed to be given in April but it seems like delay again. Check with mgt office.
