Liu Li Gardens have no such issues. Could be due to different contractors. So far my defect works were good. All tiles and painting etc done within short periods. Just be patient, SP's will help one. Perhaps Soros boss talked to wrong person. Get a competent mgr there to talk, result can be totally different. Bring the customer care mgr there together...talk to more ppls there and build repo , it will help to resolve things 10 times faster. Not just now, you will realise it for next 12mths whenever u face problems. Sometimes, one bad apple may not represent the whole company.

Developer surely ll help as subcontractor is the one to fix it and not developer. Owner just need to talk right person. Talk to forumers will not help  . All bosses, no perfect workmanship. Solve the ridiculous defects and those minors one I would move on. Be it ownstay or for rent...time has value. You can drag it for another few months but bank will still ask for installment. If just few parts and take u few months to get rectify before you can do anything or move in, the opportunity cost itself may cost u much more. Maybe it is just me, Numb on the quality issues nowadays after all the experiences on dealing it or saw others to fight till end up still net losers. To challenge it into few mm or so details ll never end your defect rectification exercise. So 80:20 rules apply to me. 80pc OK I ll move on and start to execute my own reno plan so that I can control the schedule and target readiness rather than be a grumpy owner and frustrate myself for next 6mths. Again...my 2cents. It is individual choice.

No promised was made last time. Perhaps sales' fault. The lakes will be maintained by all islands under one JMB. Everything come with cost. Lepironia has nice garden with waterway too. Lol no need to go to island. This part of waterway is the narrowest. It goes wider along the way to other islands. However, that part of lake or waterway is not open yet.
