need help... overclock unit please... i want to overclock my cpu and vga...

Processor: amd athlon x2 5000+
motherboard : msi K9n Ultar..
memory: kingston ddr600(9dont really remember) 1 gb:
hdd: maxtor 250gb
vga: msi 7600gt...
please pm me...

post your current CPU-Z .
get it from www.cpuid.com around 500KB .
unZIP then run , printscreen the CPU , Mainboard , Memory and SPD page .

lol...guess what...my print screen button dosen't work.... ....so how aar?? or is it i need to set that button?

push the printscreen button and then open ms paint and paste..tadaaa,,theres ur screenshot

how come ur ram get burned by jus increasing the fsb?
it will burn if u play wif voltage, n when the voltage or vdimm for the ram is over

ur clockspeed aka ur cpu speed is the bus speed times the multiplier
its not normal...cdoz its too damn low..the reason it happens is bcoz u set the ht link multiplier to 1..so the ratio is 1:1..so,ur bus speed now is 276, u better set the ht multiplier to 5...not cpu multiplier(be sure bout this)

the ht option is Auto/200MHz (if i choose 200MHz,the Bus Speed and HT Link will be same value)

i dont know bout the msi bios.
but u can check the ht link multiplier..the one u said auto/200, if im not mistaken its the bus speed...u not need to change that..usually u can find the ht multiplier have 1x 2x 3x 4x 5x and auto only..set it to 3x or 4x lah..afraid ur pc wont stable..to make it easier, post ur SS of cpu-z here

if u cannot find any stting for HT multiplier in bios, then u can try to press
ctrl+F1 while in bios. some mobo hide some of the features.

how come u set the Ht mult to 1?? its too low..
be remember, for Lite ocing, just need to play around with ur bus speed, HT multiplier, CPU multiplier, divider, Vcore and Vdimm...

of coz dual channel...afraid ur ram will bottleneck ur proc...change to new ram...ur using 400 divider rite?play wif timing also...
neway, u can push ur proc more...
try to play wif some vcore...remember, while oc better put ur ht link below 1000, when ur oc is stble, then u may raise ur ht multiplier...im running at 1333mhz now...n some of them r running at 1600mhz..
it is all about luck n skill..
never give up...mybe today cant even reach 3ghz...who knows tomorrow u can achieve 4ghz?hoho

OK! finally! here are my screen shots of CPU-Z

CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD. Please tell me how my 2 rams got burned when i increase my cpu clock from 200mhz to 240mhz with default 10X multiplier.
