How much can i earn if..., Diploma + MCSE + CCNA

Alright, got a question here, I got a friend who is degree graduate (IT), he got a CCNA + MCSE. He got hired in Seagate recently at RM3k as a fresh graduate.
And for me I only got Diploma in IT, and CCNA + MCSE. Do you guys think i can get equal pay as his? |
