Hi, My forehead has those little bump (flesh color) for many years, I found it quite annoying and some kinda grow bigger, so I went to Skin Specialist, Dr Ranjit for check up. He said these are oil glands, any cosmetic out there can't really help. The only choice is to laser. So I did the laser and it end up red spot all over my forehead. For 1st 2-3 weeks, it looks good as the skin is healing and flatten. After 1 month, it seems the spots grow back bumpy. It is already 2 months now, the same bump spots are coming back cry.gif Anyone out there are experience the same and found a solution on this? I googled it, it called sebaceous hyperplasia, and it look like below:

QUOTE(BubblyFish @ Dec 14 2014, 01:19 AM) Have you tried changing your diet? Or changing your facial moisturizer... lifestyle.. I have now sleep without air-con, suspect air-con caused low humidity dried my skin. But this kinda enlarge oil gland is normal for mid 30 and above (from google) I bought Paula's choice Resist BHA9 via online that claimed able to reduce Sebaceous Hyperplasia. The product just reach my office, cant wait to apply tonight, hope it helps~
