For your budget, I would recommend you Ducky Zero TKL which in your budget.

Actually if you can find an older version of rezer blackwidow, it still uses good-ol-cherry - it was still around last year.

Tested out the rezer new clones (its china made but use the same patent by cherry) - if you're a regular user, u will feel some difference, not much but some. For new user to MX key, please please just dont read review and buy online just because it's cool. Go to a store and click yourself away. There is alot more then just sound and bump feel. You can even feel the different implementation from razer, CM storm, gigabyte, steelseries, filco or ducky..

And , yes, in my oppinion filco's and ducky's has the most genuine implementation of cherry MX.

Would recommend Ducky Zero TKL too Or Ducky Zero Shine TKL(if want LED)... 
I think a lot of people fall into marketing gimmicks, like Razer(yea, best for gaming which apparently in real-life, it's not).
