I disassembled a total of 87 switches and in the end I lost one spring

but after few days, I found it accidentally LOL

eh, how old is your mx blue switch?
because hor, i'm not sure if you realized or noticed, the white piece on the switch, if you look at the 2 small 'leg' of the slider, u might noticed some slightly greasy substance on it.
i'm not sure if it's because of chemical reaction with the copper piece inside the switch or friction.
but i use cotton bud to clean them because i want more tactile on my mx blue.
Just bought wan. I noticed them. I think it's the grease pre-applied from cherry. After removing them you get more tactility? I thought of removing it too but i don't have thick grease to lube it back later on so i didn't do it. Did u clean the part on the metal leaf too? I saw some grease there too.
I noticed that on some the grease is thicker and on some it's thinner and it makes the switch not consistent. Some clicks at louder pitch some clicks are lower pitch.(I'm not sure if its because of the inconsistent grease thickness but i'm pretty sure it is). I didn't really notice tactility difference though.
Btw sell me your cable!!
