just ordered a ducky shine 4 to replace my majestouch 2 tenkeyless

i hope the quality of this taiwan keyboard can par with the filco of japan lol

Well the only thing you'll feel different is the stabs I guess.
Since the one's on the ducky are cherry stabs, its gonna feel a little bit mushy.
My ducky feels the same too, not time to desolder and clip the stabs sweat.gif

Well, I guess its a preference then.
I would never use anything larger than a tenkeyless.

Anyone know anywhere to get cherry stabs that are good in quality? I've some cherry stabs and they're awful as the metal bars are rusty and flaky. Are those in taobao like that?
*
yeah i got mine from taobao, it's not rust.
it's just an additional layer but idk what it is.
have never used it yet. is it that bad?
get it from GON/winkeyless I guess. smile.gif

hi just want to ask any one buying this keycap ?

what's nice about it?
I guess it's meant for backlit but then again I think it will be too bright isn't it?
Aesthetically, it doesn't really look pleasing sweat.gif
I've somewhat grown to like the underglow of leds instead of them shining through the cap. laugh.gif

Btw guys, any idea where can i try out some custom switches? such as vintage black or ergo clear.
*
I don't know if you can get it locally. I mean from shops that is.
Usually for vintage blacks, people source them from old boards.
For Ergo clears, it's just a clear stem + a lighter spring.
I personally used 62g for my build.
Unless people here has spares, or like a switch tester you can try, I don't think you'll be able to get them in small amount (1 or 2). sweat.gif

I got custom saja.
If you want non custom, look for noppo..

I think noppoo should not be considered. So many bad remarks over their boards lately. Lulz
