Ya, good if you like LED.
The limited warranty covers LED if under manufacturing defects like LED failed prematurely.
Warranty do not covers act of God, accident, water, fire, earthquakes etc.

If you don't like LED, then go for Filco.

In my pref, Filco still better than CM qfr-i.

Yes, Rapid-i definitely the best choice you have considering you want the "MEDIA KEYS THINGY". 

If not, then, you can pick others like Ducky Zero Shine, Filco Majestouch 2 TKL(Filco got no LED backlite for all their stuffs, facepalm), etc.

In here, usually, you'll find "you can't go wrong with Ducky" and "you can't go wrong with Filco". Their quality is assured.
