Is OUG D/S house good for investment? i heard banker and agent says the valuation has gone up to 950k for basic D/S terrace house in Taman OUG. What is your opinion?

Thank you for your comment. As such it is better to invest the old landed Freehold houses around OUG area instead of looking for condo around that area for future huge capital gain.

Hi HomeFinder, agree but perhaps even we not possible to buy g&g free hold landed in this area with the price tag of 900k, minimum atleast 1.xxmil and above. After the WCT Development, and Pavilion 2 have been developed, Strongly believe that those OUG landed freehold D/S house will be appreciated till 2.xxmil minimum.

Agreed. I think OUG houses mainly are buy for own stay purposes. Rental yield can't even pay the interest.
