Perhaps due to location and developer....as I've read this legacy is the first development by this developer as compared to skyworld I guess..and maybe the psf price for similar size in SkyVogue is cheaper...I think it's around 550-580.after rebate and this one is above 600...

Yeah it seems 95% sold for tmn desa from an article not sure how true haha..plan to see the showroom as well perhaps tmr......type a slower take up due to facing HTC and pond..
