Residential property price whether it be landed or condo will definitely rise in Kuala Lumpur due to inflation resulting in higher land costs, escalating building materials costs, higher labour costs............ Conservatively prices in Kuala Lumpur will increase at the rate of 4-5 % over a period of 20-25 years which together with a rental returns of around 3% ( currently for condo), thus giving you an annual return of 7-8% if market conditions remain unchange or little change.
