Tower B will be the lowest price for own stay & investment. For type A 1050sf nett will be 652k with booking fees 1k, RM621/sf Maintenence fees will be RM0.35/sf. I saw the sales gallery is using normal clay brick which is brittle and will be moulded very soon its not weather proof like those in Sg long. The sales person told me it will be normal clay brick only. And the actual site location has not started with the external wall construction so I am not sure what kind of brick and exterior would be after this.

However, the very same people are also familiar with the congestion there.
Also there is a HTC which is on higher ground and close to the building too.
Triangular land plot may not be popular amongst the Feng Shui believers.
