Quite a fan of their layouts. To be able to pull off horizontal living layout plus storage in 1k sqft is quite a feat.

Anyone else feel like the combined living + dining + kitchen area in types B & C is a bit cramped?

This type of horizontal layout is deemed very desirable for the amount of window frontage you get. Don’t think it’s small as such and the amount of sunlight you’d get would improve the spatial quality. Type A layout is very good given the size.

If you have the money and need a multi generational home I would always advocate for landed. It’s the only thing that retains its value somewhat if not increases. Giant high rise units will become more of a liability unless you really want what they have to offer and acknowledge it may just be a sunk expense.

Once you go past something like 1500 sf, then really landed is a very valid comparison point.

But looking at what you’re after - the 1400 sqft one. It’s good value for a 4 bed unit. Can say their layouts really are quite nice.

This is a lot more detailed than it has ever been. It allows for prospective buyers particularly subsale or overhang stock to see SPA price easily.
