i think 50 cents is a decent figure la in a few years... in selangor, carparks also mus charge maintenance fees etc.. our TNB is waiting for another hike when resource prices are down..

But ur opinion on investing because of high maintenance fees brings a new dimension to the attractiveness of landed props..

i think prices will continue to trend upwards but growth will be slower.. I think non G&G landed will grow at a slower pace..

I mean only for landed props.. shld build condos n GnG landed only as land is scarce n landed props high prices will be better justified with GnG la.
